"Two week stay"

I have just spent two weeks on Monnow ward following some major surgery to remove a tumour from my bowel. I have nothing but praise for a dedicated, professional and thoughtful staff, irrespective of their responsibilities. Everyone provided very caring and personalised support, as part of a very busy work schedule, and this included at least one visit every day, across the stay, from my surgeon. At all times communication was excellent and, as such, I remained fully informed; allowing me to know what was taking place and why.
