I accompanied my Mother in law yesterday to have a small procedure carried out by the consultant and her nurse. The attention and care she received was superb, they both put her at ease and were exceptionally caring and considerate. I also noticed a different Doctor in the same department as I waited in the reception area greeting a patient and welcoming him to the hospital, he also thanked this patient for being early. I was very impressed by his care and attention to him too. Congratulations Lancaster and especially the staff in dermatology.Well done.
