What I liked

Staff were attentive and the doctors very professional and took time to investigate and advise. A specialist was called when there was uncertainty. This was for my 18month daughter who broke out in strange rash. Several blood tests were taken and the doctors rang us back with the results. A very good service. I was pleasantly surprised as my faith in public services has been less than satisfactory in the past.

What could be improved

Staff were very busy and the waiting time is what I would expect from a public hospital. additional resources would have been appreciated by all.
