What could be improved
As a former senior nurse within the Trust the medical and nursing treatment was deplorable. I have since received countless apologies from the Consultants and nursing staff, but the bad practices are systemic and are bound to continue.
There is an immediate need for greater staffing levels and training. A look at the current management infrastructure is also needed.
