What I liked

My wife was emergency lifted to the Regional Neurological Unit in June. All of the staff were most helpful and thorough. My wife said the food was good (contrary to what we usually hear). I noted hight levels of cleanliness and staff using alcohol gel.

There was a very adult approach to visiting hours; I was not chased away and even stayed until 10pm one evening. All in all, a revelation and, according to my wife, a pleasure to be there!!!

What could be improved

Car parking charges!!!!! I do resent paying even more after I've paid goodness knows how much in tax and NI.
