Anything else?
I went to the Breast Clinic as I had lumps in my breast and from the moment I arrived through to all the rooms and examinations I had the staff were fantastic. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and polite and just really lovely people. The whole experience was quick and comfortable. Even working my way through the hospital to try to find the right place a friendly nurse stopped and offered assistance to point me in the right direction. Luckily my news was good in that I had only cysts that may require draining. But I thought the care everyone took with me was exceptional. In the past I have been to private wards and hospitals and I cannot say in all honestly that I was treated any better then than I was at the Pilgrim. Even visiting a ladies loo on the way out, I was struck by how spotless it was. All in all I think the staff must work very hard to provide such a good service and a clean and comfortable environment.
"Excellent staff and very clean everywhere"
