I need an operation that requires 2 surgeons - this seems to be the most impossible thing for this hospital to arrange. I have pain and symptons everyday and have been told that the situation will only worsen with time. I made a complaint to PALS left telephone messages and an email only to be 'forgotten about!' when I called about 1 month later they were very sorry and said that they would help me - I received a letter 2 weeks ago and since then nothing! I call the Admissions Manager on a regular basis to basically be lied too - I am really upset that no date is being made for my needed surgery I sometimes feel so sad about the whole situation and that my lifes in 'limbo' that it makes me really cry. I feel like just giving up and not even contacting them anymore - they would problerly be happy about that.

I apologise you’ve not had a good patient experience. We try really hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients, their relatives or carers. I've forwarded this comment on to the Head Of Midwifery to try and sort out. And I've told the Head of PALS/Complaints too. We would like the opportunity to discuss your experiences more fully and to apologise in person. If you are willing I would appreciate it if I could ask the matron to contact you.
