About: Chesterfield Royal Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I have just suffered a septic miscarriage at 20 weeks. Probably the most harrowing and tragic thing to ever happen. The hospital staff were amazing, especially in St Marys Ward. The nurse stayed with me throughout, giving my husband and I total support and confidence. It has completely restored my faith in the NHS. As long as there are nurses like her, we can be proud of our heath service

What could be improved

You could always turn back time for me!

Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust replies: Dear Sammy I was pleased to hear you liked the menus in hospital, but I am concerned that you list staff attitude, cleanliness and patient's rights under the 'dislikes'. If you would like to tell us more about what happened email complaints@chesterfieldroyal.nhs.uk Sarah Turner-Saint Head of Communications
