About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Since earlier this year I have had obvious problems with my eyes which needed looking at by the experts.

My GP organised several referrals quickly and efficiently. TRAQS contacted me on several occasions and did their best to accommodate me both with times and places I needed to be.

My ongoing treatment has been excellent and I am very happy with the staff on all levels.
