"A very satisfying experience"

About: New Cross Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I still find it difficult to explain how swift my progress was at New Cross Hospital. The parking was easy to find and well-signed, and was right next to the department I had to visit.

I went to the reception, greeted cordially and asked to take a seat. Within 30 seconds I was called and shown my way to a second waiting area. 15 minutes before being taken to see the doctor.

He dealt me in a friendly way and efficient manner, and I was then taken to give a blood sample. I was given this within 1 minutes - a very satisfying experience.
