"Within a month I could cope a lot better"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I found my treatment at Inclusion Matters was very good and very helpful.

My therapist was brilliant. She made me realise I was not alone. I thought I was.

Every time I had bad thoughts about my health, I thought what she told me, which made me realise nothing bad was going to happen to me.

I had suffered about a year without help, and within a month I could cope a lot better.

I still suffer, but can control my thoughts a lot better. I don't know if I can name the therapist. If I can, her name was Jenny. Bless her.

Dear Oak820

Thank you for this great feedback. You can indeed name the therapist and I am glad you have as we can ensure that Jenny receives it.

Knowing you are not alone is really important when you are going through a difficult time so I am pleased you were able to get this reassurance. Wonderful that you felt such a good improvement so quickly.

I appreciate you still have some thoughts but hopefully the techniques etc you have learnt will continue to help and carry on making a difference. If you do feel you want further support in the future we would be pleased to help again

Thanks again and all the very best for the future

Kind regards

Heather
