I was treated for cancer 5 years ago - brilliant care but In the last 14 months I was treated for another condition, made a complaint via PALS due to many reasons which was a waste of time then got referred to another NHS hospital were I have been successfully and quickly treated. My main complaint is when I had to go to Colchester A&E for a severe infection, after a very long wait to be seen the only room in A&E available for a doctor to exam me was the plaster room! Obviously this was covered in plaster dust so was I and my clothing to add to my distress someone wondered in and out of the room just as I was getting dressed!
