Care for my 92 year old father ....... 1) efficient and respectful care 2) excellent information given continually 3) good medical treatment especially from one doctor who explained every procedure and was kindness itself 4) clean efficiently run ward 5) ward staff were attentive and caring 6) food was good and someone checked that he was managing to eat 7) you should all be proud of your care. It is second to none!
