What I liked
Visited the orthopaedic clinc 1/7/2008 having used the self booking on line system for the first time. Staff were fantastic helpful and polite. Self booking system appeared to work well.
What could be improved
Unfortunately, each 10 minute clinic slot appeared to be seriously overbooked leading to a 2 hour wait after the scheduled appointment time. Sadly, the staff bore the brunt of some very frustrated (and at times rude and verbally abusive) patients. The appointment allocation could be improved.
The parking fees - it wouldn't bee so bad if the money went back into the hospital!
