Arrived promptly at 9.00 am, kept waiting for 25 minutes, only to be told sorry but you can't have you're medical procedure, someone had forgotten to order the medicines. Asked to come back in a months time which means i'll be laid up over Christmas. I don't get paid when i'm not working & i cancelled all work for a week & a half. Have to do same again costing me around £3000 in lost earnings. Should have gone private & saved myself time & money. The funny thing, was that they rang me the week before to confirm that i was definately going to attend. I'd been waiting 3 months for this. Farcical waste of mine & taxpayers money.
