Waiting time could be improved.

I had to attend 3 times as an outpatient. Each time I had to wait at between 30 minutes to an hour beyond my appointment time before I was called in. This seems to be the accepted norm by the hospital. Patients time is not deemed important. So if you are attending, take my tip and turn up 30 minutes late - you may go straight in - with luck! But still take a good book with you.
