Anything else?
I had occasion to use the 111 service on Saturday. I rang around 5 pm and I was given an appointment at Savernake with a nurse practitioner at 7 pm, and having been treated I was back in my own home by 8pm. I cannot speak too highly of the service and attention I received...everyone was helpful and efficient, for which I am extremely grateful. If thanks can be conveyed I would be grateful if this could be done. M.R.Oldfield
