"Patient letter"

About: East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust

(as a relative),

Great care at Lister hospital but just jarred by the letter that has arrived some 6 weeks after the event which refers to my husband as she throughout ....can't decide if lack of oversight or due to automated response.

We're very sorry that this has happened - sounds like that this, for whatever the reason, was a genuine mistake.

Thank you - no need, you redeemed yourselves with an excellent response, and letter from the last appointment which was concise and very helpful.
