What I liked
Was on a ward where the heart consultant was shouting down a phone in the middle of the ward. At the top of the ward,a matron was watching .I hope the matron had a word with them.
What could be improved
after seeing the consultant move from bed to bed,without washing their hands , after sitting on each patients bed,i dont hold out much hope.
Long live c-diff.
