What I liked
The staff were all very professional. I was welcomed to the department and the procedure was explained fully which made me feel at ease and comfortable.
What could be improved
All the staff that I came into conatct with were approachable and professional; however for other people it may have been unnerving having to deal with 4 different people to undergo what was a relatively simple procedure.
