I attended the audiology department at Shrewsbury in March 2012, who did an initial assessment.

I asked Dr Pearson in Stirchley for a further referral in early October. I was contacted by TRAQS within two weeks asking which hospital I wished to attend, and had a letter from them dated mid October confirming my appointment.

I attended the PRH in early November, and received an excellent service and a further appointment to fit my hearing aids in late November.

Overall, a very efficient service.
