I had a fall and hurt the lower area of my back. Now I have seen my physio who has talked to me and treated an old sports injury that effects my neck, spine and lower back.
I feel a bit better and will need to do my exercises regularly. It may take time to get more physio, however it would be good to go to work without the pain!
