"I received the best attention ..."

What I liked

I received the best attention any patient could wish for. I was put into the blue section of Bethesden Ward under the supervision of a Registered nurse, who I believe was the ward manager. She was wonderful. Missed nothing and was so kind and attentive to all of the 8 patients in the ward. Some of them quite difficult. She deserves a medal.

In a way it was quite a pleasure being in hospital and I thank all concerned.

What could be improved

The only thing I thought could be improved is the quality of the food and hot drinks being served in the ward. The general service I thought was excellent.
