What I liked

After a very shakey start in A E where i was just a number who needed to be prossed. When i was admitted to warington ward a week later i was so well looked after the whole staff on warrington ward went above and beyond the call of duty. The ward was very kept very clean not only by cleaners but by the staff them selves. Nothing was too much trouble even when steched to breaking point. It was a worrying time for my family and myself but we were put at ease by all the staff on that fantasic ward. There is no praise high enough for everyone on that team they are all worth there weight in gold. No names can be mentioned for fear of missing one of them out thank you so much to them all.

What could be improved

AE are under alot of presure but a few minutes to find out if the patient understands what to do when they leave the hospital.
