"Never stay at this hospital worse hospital on the..."

About: Chase Farm Hospital

Anything else?

Twice I went to A&E with kidney problems, and was sent home without adequate treatment, the second time the doctor told me I had to handle my pain, I had to put up with my vomiting, and after a week I will be ok. I went home fell unconscious twice and ended up being rushed back in by ambulance. While in pain I explained my symptoms to a doctor who promised to help, she disappeared, then nearly an hour later, another doctor came, I had to explain my symptoms to this new doctor all over again, he disappeared, then a third doctor came, I had to explain my symptoms to this doctor all over again. Then it took 5 hours to get me a room. I was placed with patients whom were all over 75 years and they all had mental problems, they screamed all night I was unable to sleep, the old lady next to my bed fell off her bed, the other old lady she was left in her own feces and soiled bedding for hours, she cried begged, I informed staff but they did not care, they said they would change her when ready, and when they decided to change her, they changed all other patients first, and deliberately left her to last!!! Many times I saw this happen, she was unable to feed herself and many times they left the food and came back later to collect the plate without feeding her, on the occasion they feed her, they left the food to get cold before feeding her. few times I tried to help her, but it was told by the orderly that they didn't like that. Moved to a differ room for one night, next day, I was moved again without warning. And when I complained and refused to stay where I was allocated, they held back my meds!! When I demanded them, I was told, I had to wait for every single patient to get meds before, and the only way I could get my med sooner was to sleep in a noisy room but they would be happy to give me pills so that I would be able to sleep through all and any noise. Who in their right mind would want to be so drugged up, especially as I have no problem falling asleep myself. When I demanded to leave they phoned the police and called security claiming that I had mental problem!!! This is the worse hospital ever!!!! Some nurses were nice, the food is poor, the sheets are not changed daily even if they are messed or stained, the blankets are old with holes in them, I had 2 blankets on the bathroom floor, and they told me I had to use them for my bed, the side table had dried food from last patient, on two occasions, my drip stopped working,
