Nan got a consultant appointment the next day, she then got biopsies taken the day after that to confirm or rule out her condition, the staff were amazing and Nan has not stopped praising this hospital. She states "the queen would not have got better treatment than I have received" she has sang the praises of staff from porters to Drs and all in between. She has not been in hospital for 50 yrs and was very anxious however she was made to feel at ease and everything was explained in a way that she fully understood. The departments attended are too numerous to document but everyone was as fantastic as the next. Nan can be quite a difficult customer and believe me to receive the praise Nan has given, this place must be good. Our journey is not quite over but Nan certainly has no worries about it continuing within this Trust. Keep up the good work
