About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

TRAQS were very good, as were my GP surgery but my experience with the PCT team who assessed my case was shocking. It took me 3. 5 years to get an answer to whether I could received my operation, and that was after I was left no alternative but to complain.

I was appalled by the whole experience, thoroughly disgusted at their inefficiency. I was disgusted at their level of service - or lack of!

Thank you TRAQS for being the most professional and efficient part of the process! !
