Waiting lists for scans and x-rays are far too long, and to get to see a doctor is dreadful.

Hello,

We are very sorry to hear that your healthcare experience has not been a positive one.

TRAQS receives your referral from your GP and will action the referral according to your GP's instructions. Once the referral has been processed, we will then contact the patient and offer choice of hospital if appropriate. We will do our best to meet your needs but we cannot offer appointments at providers if there are no appointments available.

However, the TRAQS team will always do our best to manage your referral and will offer you the earliest possible appointments if these are available.
