(as a service user),

After 10 months living rough as an alcohol dependent, I was engaged by Claire from Ashley House. She was very approachable and explained the full range of rehabilitation services the centre could offer me.

I had my initial referral with Carla from the centre, who was so cheerful and helpful, I felt so relaxed!

I have been attending the E. B. I session and also visiting the centre on a daily basis.

Every member of staff I have interacted with at Ashley House have made me feel safe and secure, "like one of the family". They have helped me off the streets and into accommodation. They are helping me with my benefits, and they have all helped me to permanently stop drinking.

I have now been totally dry for 17 days, this would not have been possible without all the support and reassurance I have had from everyone..

Keep up the excellent work! We need you.

great that you have found the programmes here useful and able to aid your recovery.
