I cannot praise Inclusion Matters enough for the recent help I have received. The help and true concern from the start throughout has been a great help to me. The way I have been understood and listened to, and the way that I have been able to talk openly, with no embarrassment, to people who are and understand, was just what I'd needed for a long time.
Even though I had tried to improve my OCD and anxiety on my own, I wasn't succeeding but I have come a long way because of Inclusion Matters.
They have helped me to go about everyday things in a normal manner and get on top of my anxiety. I needed treatment from Inclusion Matters and I feel I have been given a crutch and strength of confidence to overcome my problem which was a terrible burden and blighted my life.
Inclusion Matters has made me mentally stronger to help myself and I am so grateful. I would like to take the opportunity to mention my therapist, Barry, whom without I doubt whether I could have found the strength to deal with my condition. He inspired me to deal with it, properly. Big thank you.
