I visited the hospital for an ultrasound and the radiographer was very professional and informative. I was informed that results would be with my gp within a week which at first i thought was rather a time. However, within a couple hours my gp was on the phone explaining that i needed to go and see her straight away because the radiographer had rung to raise concern about the results. I am so impressed with the radiographers professionalism, which resulted in escalation in my treatment within hours of the ultrasound. Thank you so much.

Dear Linda Thank you for your feed back and we're pleased to note you felt the service was efficient. As a department we always strive to go the extra mile for our patients. We will always escalate any significant findings outwith the normal processes such as the post, it is unfortunate currently that we are still having to use the post but as part of the new system that has recently been installed we will be moving to electronic communication.
