I've had a health problem since the beginning of September and have visited my doctor three times one of which was yesterday but I haven't been getting anywhere. The problem has just got worse and this morning I felt dreadful so took myself to the health centre at Ormskirk Hospital. I was feeling quite distressed because I hadn't slept properly for a week. The lady on the reception was so helpful and considerate. I was dealt with straight away. The care and understanding from the nurse and doctor was excellent. My problem was diagnosed immediately and treatment prescribed.
