What I liked
May 2008 I was taken to A & E with chest pain. The care and kindness I received was wonderful. I felt dreadful when admitted but with medical attention, I was soon feeling much better. The Doctors, specialists and nurses all treated me with the upmost care and even managed to raise a smile from me. I will be eternally grateful. I was admitted to the CCU where the staff were lovely and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they all work so hard. The food was very nice also with lots of choice with tea and coffee etc., offered throughout the day.
What could be improved
I really dont think anything could be improved though when I was transferred to Hull Royal, I very much appreciated the TV and phone above each bed which would have been nice in Scarborough, but perhaps in CCU this is not considered to be a good idea.
