I was a day case patient this week on the TAU. The complete team were friendly kind and conpassionate and made me feel at ease.. The consultants all introduced themselves and were respectful of my wishes which was mirrored by the hospital sraff ar each touchpoint. I did continue to feel like a person and not a process throughout my healthcare journey. so well done and thank you. It makes a huge difference when you feel that you are seen as a person not a process.
