I was admitted at 11 o'clock on 14th November 2013. From the moment I entered the department to when I left I was taken very good care of and nothing was too much trouble for the ladies that looked after me. Everybody was great, I received regular reassuring information throughout my time there which helped me feel relaxed and settled. A big thank you to all the staff. I feel a bit sad that Bolton hospital seems to attract a lot of negativity through the press and hearsay. The positives, and especially where the staff go the extra mile never seem to get a mention which is a real shame. My experience has been a good one and I just want to say thank you to all the ladies at GPAU. Ivan Rubery
