This is the 8 th time my partner has received chemotherapy at Weston Park to control his terminal cancer. His long infusions, over 8 hours were carried out with no problems whatsoever, however, his last 2 short treatments have been marred with delays. Last time 2 hours wait due to his prescription not being ready and today 6 hours! Apparently due to lack of staff and staff not being fully trained. This is totally unacceptable for cancer patients who can do without the extra stress and exhaustion this has caused today. This needs addressing as soon as possible.
