I was admitted on 1st July 2008 for 2 stents after having a triple heart bypass at London a year ago. I found the staff to be caring, knowledgeable and professional. The ward was exceptionally clean and the the equipment was of a very high standard. Staff had the time to explain everything to me and my family. The communication flow was great with staff. They made me feel relaxed and when problems occurred after the procedure they listened to me and I was taken seriously.
They kept me in longer than expected and was keen to ensure I was ok before discharging me.
