My grandfather was brought into your Accident and Emergency dept and taken into resuscitation room. He is 86 years of age and suffers from vascular dementia. I would like to say how fantastic your members of staff were. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My grandfather was in Hope Hospital for 4 months and the treatment he received was appauling and as I left the U.K 2 years ago and one of the reasons being the treatment I received from the NHS after discovering a lump in my breast and having to pay for private to treat it. On Monday a small amount of faith in the NHS was restored after seeing these 4 people at work.
