I was referred by my doctor for a blood test at this busy clinic. The nurse was polite, efficient and smiling each time she appeared in the waiting area and when she welcomed me into her room. She took the blood without causing me the slightest discomfort - the best blood sample I have ever had taken! In respect of the phlebotomy clinic, it was super-efficient and provided an excellent service. Thank you Airedale NHS trust and thank you to my phlebotomy nurse!
