previous experience of care at the Blackhall unit was exceptionally good, Thank you.

What could be improved

The Blackhall Family Planning unit can only be contacted during very narrow time windows (ie their 2 hour, twice weekly, surgery times). Would it not be possible to have even an email address where patients could apply for appointments? or a receptionist who could book appointments outside of their surgery times? I work long and erratic hours and keep missing their phone slots. My contraception is now way out of date as a result.
