What I liked
Went to Phlebotomy Dept on Friday 11th Aug a very nervous patient. I have had trouble for years with practioners finding a vein. Explained this to the practioner who was so professional, understanding and gentle. He listened to me, did not dismiss my fears and assured me I was not unique with my problem. We agreed a course of action and it worked.
Congratulations on such super staff and to the practioner in particular
