I would like to thank all the staff I met in my brief stay in the Orthopaedic Day Surgery Unit for their help and kindness. Everything was explained to me very clearly not least by the surgeon. I have been to many hospitals in the last 3 years and this was by far the best experience, in terms of waiting and being kept informed particularly, from my initial appointment through to the surgery yesterday and all in a very pleasant, clean environment.
