Hi I came in today 12/11/13 for a op on my hand I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone in B42 everyone was so friendly. I would name people but I know you won't post names. I was so nervous about being put to sleep a really big thank you to the nurse that kept talking to me you helped a lot and thank you for coming down with me until I was asleep. thank you again to every member of staff I met today you all do an excellent job.. Rob :)
