I had both my daughters at the maternity unit in queens. The first was in 2010 and the 2nd 4 weeks ago. Both times I received excellent care from the midwives and I could not have asked for anything more from them. The after care was also very good. I want to reassure any expecting mums who plan to give birth there to ignore some of the horror stories, these will happen unfortunately up and down the country, Queens have some excellent staff who deserve some good press so this is what I am trying to do.
