"Long wait at outpatients pharmacy"

About: Basildon University Hospital

(as a relative),

How long do you have to wait for an outpatient prescription to be dispensed? 1 hour!

No info, limited seating, no one had prescription given for over 10 mins, then another 10 mins or more. Why the delay? Maybe we have to wait to pay more for parking?

Please sort out your pharmacy or get outpatients to give FP10s.
