My father was admitted into the A&E department. You made us aware from the beginning what was happening. He was not going to make it but you all did your absolute everything to change this. I cannot fault any of the care he received. The professionalism and care given of the whole department was amazing from the receptionist through to the consultants. You managed my fathers passing with great care not only to him but also all of our family that was attending. I cannot thank you all for this sad but dignified end.
