I was referred by my GP for the above and over the course of a week was seen by various staff as an out patient. I would like to mention 3 particular people who were very understanding and put me at ease immediately. they were very thorough and answered my many questions in detail and were extremely helpful and understanding. I realise how busy all the staff are but I really appreciated the way that these staff dealt with me even though they were very obviously busy.
