I attended the Jim Shahi Unit for a cardiac ablation on 8/11/13, and I have nothing but praise and respect for all the RBH staff who attended to my needs during my visit. The nurses were just first class; very kind caring and professional, and they never stop working. The doctor was excellent; very friendly and happy to discuss and explain the procedure. In addition, the ward was spotlessly clean and well maintained. An excellent service that the NHS can be proud of.
