"Fracture Clinic City Hospital nottingham"

I attended Swinden A&E with a fractured metatarsal. Whilst they were very busy the service was excellent. However after they put on a back slab and bandage I was advised to contact my local fracture clinic in nottingham for follow up and to have a full pot on. I have been ringing the fracture clinic all day with no reply. I was told by the switchboard that they are short staffed. I understand the pressures but do understand why there is not at least an answer phone so that they could prioritise and return calls when they can.
