"My daughter's visit with suspected Anaphylaxis"

About: North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance Southport & Formby District General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

Went to A@E in an ambulance straight from college with a suspected anaphylactic shock, was admitted to the observation ward overnight.

The ambulance staff were great but when in A&E for observation we found some of the staff really unsympathetic and bordering on rude.
